What’s it like to be on the Solar Youth team?
- The Solar Youth team is hard-working, collaborative, and passionate about supporting the youth of New Haven;
- We believe that ALL young people, with any mix of assets and challenges, have the potential to be successful in life;
- We strive to build deep trust as a team to engage in collaboration, both smooth and rocky, to find the best solutions to the inevitable obstacles we face;
- We are risk-takers;
- We are brave;
- We keep a sense of humor even in the face of challenge; and
- We have fun.
