GOOD NEWS... new investments from the local housing authority, as well as Friends of Solar Youth like yourself, have given us a chance for a new beginning, and we feel incredibly optimistic about the year to come (we are chronically glass-half-full types, but we really mean it ;).

HOWEVER, in order to find the resources and partnerships to make Solar Youth truly THRIVE as you and we know we can, and continue to be powerful influences on amazing kids' lives, we need to think outside the box.

Solar Youth is now in our 20th year of operation! Join us for a night of joy and celebration at Solar Youth's largest fundraiser. Solar Jam allows for our community of FOSY (Friends of Solar Youth) to come together and show support for New Haven's Youth. Through our programs, we strive to help our youth develop leadership skills, act as positive agents of change in their communities, create healthy relationships, and graduate high school with concrete education or career plans.

None of this would be possible without YOU, our FOSY, providing us with the resources to expand and enrich the services we provide to our incredibly smart, brave, and talented youth.
